Online Registrations are open until 5pm Saturday before each race. Race Day Registrations are taken from 7.15am on Race Day at Casey Fields Regional Athletics Centre.
Registration Fees range from $15 (Joey Jog Single Race Entry) to $99 (Adults Series Entry).

Once you have completed your Registration Online the next process is Race Pack Pick Up.
Race Pack Pick Up involves colleting your Race Bib Number (to be worn of the front of your top during the race), Timing Responder (which you attach to your shoes so we can record your race time) and FREE Event T-Shirt for the first 250 Full Series Participants that Registered.
Race Pack Pick Up is completed on Race Morning from 7.15am at the Pavillion at Casey Fields Regional Athletics Stadium. Please ensure you bring a copy of your Registration COnfirmation Email with QR Code.
Full Series Participants (those that have entered all 3 races) only need to complete Race Pack Pick Up once and keep the same Bib Number and Timing Responder for the whole Casey Stride Series.
The Timing Responder is a small plastic tag about half the size of a Credit Card, inside it has RFID chip that records your time for the race.
The Timing Responder must be securely attached to your shoe for the entire duration of the event for us to accurately record your Results.
The Timing Responder must be returned at the end of the Casey Stride Series.
Please make sure the number on the Timing Responder is the same number on your Race Bib Number! (sometime we do make mistakes!)
Provisional Results (subject to change after checking) will be published ASAP after the race, usually Sunday evening. Updated Results will be published a week later.
If your Time is not in the Provisional Results please email dion@stride.events stating your Name, Bib Number, Distance, Approximate Finish Time and any other details you can remember like people you finished near etc.
Timing is a service provided by the event organisers and like all electronic systems sometimes unexpected errors occur so there is no guarantee that your time will be recorded and published in the results. However we will defintiely try our 100% best to ensure this doesn't happen and all results are correct and accurate.
Age Groups are based on your age on the day of the first race.
Points will be awarded on your placing in each distance, at each race.
1000 Points will be awarded for first in each distance at each race. Points then decrease by 1 for each remaining place. (Eg: First in the 10km then first gets 1000 Points, Second gets 999, third gets 998. The same system will be applied to the 5km)
The participant with the highest accumulated points total in each Age Group after the last race of the Series will become the Casey Stride Series Champion.
A minimum of 2 Races must be completed to be eligible for a Series Trophy.

This will allow you to update or change any of your event Registration deatils.
The Casey Stride Series is a CUP FREE event. This means there will be no cups supplied. Please ensure you bring your own Hydration system or reuseable cup.
There will be a Drink Refil station near the Start/Finish every 2.5km.
There will also be a table at the Finish to leave any drink bottles for Post Race.
Casey Fields also has a few Drink Fountains spread around.
There is plenty of event parking at Casey Fields all in very close proximity to the Start/Finish.
The Coffee Caddy Co. we be onsite to tend to all your Cafffeine needs.
Registration Fees are Non-Refundable, Non-Deferable and Non-Transferrable.If an event is Postponed due to weather or another unforeseeable or unplanned act, we will automatically transfer your Entry to the new event date.If an event is Cancelled due to an unsuitable postponement date, you will be entitled to a credit for an event valid for up to 12 months.Another person cannot race under your name or number due to health and safety requirements.
There will be a tent at the finish for you to leave your bag. This is at the Owners Risk and we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Given we have great parking locations and facitilites at Case Fields Regioanl Athletics Centre you probably won't need a Bage Drop.
